Minimum Requirements:

Plans, develops and supports interfaces to ensure integration between business systems and technical systems, ensuring integrity of data.
Plans and monitors the integration aspects, when any of the related modules undergo changes. 

Leads the SAP System related Changes Management Process:

Prepares and conducts blueprint workshops to end users for any approved business area changes and process improvement issues in keeping with the user requirements and best industry practices. Develops blueprint and design documentation in collaboration within IT & appropriate business stakeholders.

Leads the SAP System related Configuration Release and Management Processes:

Plans, supervises and implements configuration changes in co-ordination with Technical System & Support team and end users - required as part of continuous improvement and adaptation of best business practices within SAP. Evaluates the impact on SAP configurations and customization for possible new models.
Ensure ongoing, adequate and professional post go-live system support is provided to business divisions with prompt resolution of production issues.
Plans and monitors system testing of new releases and implements new releases in coordination within IT & appropriate business stakeholders.

Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for all SAP related matters:

Advises and supports the implementation of business process changes within IT & appropriate business stakeholders. Participates in planning and conducts studies/research in acquiring or developing new modules/systems within an assigned area.
Leads and monitors continually the implementation of the system on how it is used, security and integration aspects and ensures standards specified in service level agreements are adequately met.

Supports the Technical Team and the Users in the SAP related requests whenever required:

Provides technical support for maintenance of authorization profiles and security implementation in SAP (Fl/CO,HC,Bl) system.

Train the SAP end users:

Conducts presentations to familiarize users with new technology, features available as part of an ongoing support and commitment for improving quality of application systems.

Manages the IT Division / Vendor relationship in the SAP Program:

Liaises with approved software vendors, on a regular basis to learn new developments, new product offerings, modules, etc., evaluates them against Company business requirement, and recommends for possible implementation.
Maintains contact with application vendor's online support system for resolution of software errors/bugs/problems and monitors implementation of new bug fixes as recommended by the vendor.

Additional Duties:

Keeps abreast with new technology in areas relating to Enterprise systems system development, architecture, including RDBMS, client-server, and Web technologies.
Lead, motivate and develop IT Team members, establishing own milestones, team objectives and delegating assignments.
Provides support in training UAE Nationals development, including mentoring and coaching, with special emphasis on the job training.
Contributes toward and promotes the protection of the Company IT assets and corporate information against threats to their security by implementing the Information Security Policy and all other related rules, regulations and guidelines.
Evaluates the training needs of the IT Team members and training/development plans are factored into the departmental training plan. Monitors that the training is conducted according to the plan.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors in Computer Science, or equivalent.
Minimum    of  10  to  12  years  experience   in  Business  Information   Solutions  development, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Capital Projects industry, covering development projects using structured methodologies, project management techniques in a multiple project environment.
Should have experience in SAP Financials, SAP HCM, SAP BI, SAP PS, SAP Integration with Logistics - MM, PM, ADAP Debugging and Project Management.
Extensive experience with implementing SAP FI/CO, HC, BI Modules and deep knowledge of integration with other SAP modules specifically Materials Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM) and Project System (PS).

Senior Power Plant Operator

Basic Function:

Monitor and control the power plant on Zirku Island to acceptable operating standards according to the electrical load requirements in line with the procedures and standing instructions.

Work Performed:

Operate and monitor the Gas Turbines ensuring plant is operated within defined parameters from the control center.
Start and synchronize the turbines in established procedure, tackle emergency situations and take a quick and safe corrective action in case of plant upsets. 
Continuously interact with the plant shift supervisors & Senior Panel Operators regarding the startup and stopping of the High-Voltage motors.
Monitor the power distribution network, UPS units and report all abnormalities to the electric engineers.
Coordinate with plant shift supervisors, Senior Panel Operators and Utility Operators regarding Gas/Diesel lining up and availabilities.
Initiate work requests for the maintenance of the Mark-V control panels, and power distribution panel.
Monitor the voltage & frequency fluctuations of the electrical network continuously and respond to maintain the stability of the electrical grid.
Monitor and identify the alarms and faults from electrical substations and equipments, and inform electrical team as per the on-call duty roster.

Minimum Requirements:

Completion of Secondary technical education (12 years) + Electrical Diploma (2 years). 
5 years experience in Oil industry as Electrical technician, with 3 years experiences as power plant operator either in refinery or Petrochemicals.

Review Quality Control plans, Procedures, Method statements, Materials technical submittal and ITP’s (Inspection Test Plan) prepared by contractors.
Conduct inspection for all civil or structural related materials upon arrival at site and prior to use for construction.
Conduct pre-pour inspections of formworks, reinforcing steel, and concrete placement activities.
Check reports and documentations of all Quality Records.
Ensure that all sites activities are carried out in accordance with ITP’s, standards and specifications.
Prior to concrete pouring, ensure that all the required tests are conducted, (i.e, slump test, etc) and all batch plants documents are in place.
Ensure correctness of elevations of concrete and steel structures in coordination with survey team.
Preparation of concrete repair and protection procedures as necessary.
Review corrective actions for quality observations and NCR’s being proposed by contractors and recommend better solution if necessary.
Review project turnover packages and maintain update of the quality control records and ensure correctness.
Conduct quality audit to contractor’s quality of work and procedures.
Any other project QA/QC duties as required by the company.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum Software Skills: MS Office – Word, Excel & Outlook, Auto CAD.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Refineries for Bachelor Degree.
Total number of 12 years of experience in heavy industries for Bachelor Degree.
Conversant with all the international standards and specifications related to the industry, ie (ASTM, AISC, ACI etc)
Familiar with various steel sections and their properties.
Knowledge in industry standards related to civil and structural works.
Expert to understand and follow Company HSE policy & procedures.
Knowledge of sources of various chemical attacks on RCC in oil and gas industries
Knowledge of reduction of sections, bond strength and concrete integrity of reinforcing steel bars and corrosion and electro-chemical reactions occur.

Knowledge of preventive measures and breakdown repair procedures of damaged CC (Cement Concrete) and RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures.
Knowledge of settlements of foundations and thermal expansions.
Knowledge of abrasion, dampness and wear impacts on concrete structures and pipe lining.
Knowledge of shoring methods and procedures industrial and non-industrial areas.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a live operating plant environment.
Knowledge in preparation of Inspection and Test Plans for civil and Structural works
Good in spoken and written English.
Must be knowledgeable in NCR’s (Non Compliance Reports), Quality observations and FCN (Field Change Notice) procedures.
Knows how to read and prepare rebar bending schedules.

Oversees the development of the commission philosophy, strategy, procedures with the EPC and project teams while ensuring it is supported by all the technical disciplines within the UL Field team.
Follows-up on the commissioning of facilities, equipment and systems as per the agreed procedures and specifications while including quality and assurance in order to ensures it adheres to the agree upon criteria.
Coordinates with the discipline teams and the projects team in order to follows up on the punch list supported by the Operations Team in order to ensure the required action is taken with set timelines with minimal operational impact.
Supports the Field Manager in the preparation of the OPR register due to overseeing the commissioning ensuring internal and external collaboration in order to achieve operational readiness.
Manages the MOC process (management of change) through discussions with the project team in order to assess the degree of scope change and collaborate with the Field Manager and discipline teams to ensure its approval in a timely and efficient manner.
Prepares contingency plans based on developed scenarios to ensure the field teams preparedness for potential operational challenges and continued production.
Supervises and provides inputs in the preparation of timely and accurate statements, studies, and reports to meet the Umm Lulu and SARB Asset Business Unit and the Umm Lulu Field division requirements, policies, and standards.
Manages the operation's commissioning teams to confirm the performance of the safety critical elements through testing as identified in the technical assurance plan for FAT & SAT.
Manages the operation's commissioning teams to follows up the EPC contractor delivery of documents for the equipment two years spares and ensure that the insurance spare parts are prepared, recorded and registered within the Company Asset Management.
Manages the transfer of care and custody/handover approval for all system from Construction to Commissioning to Operations as per approved terms and conditions. Ensuring seamless transition from project to operations with document handover. Ensures the content of handover packs are agreed with operations including data handover/certificate requirements.
Directs the operation's commissioning teams to be In line with the developed criteria for facility performance during start-up and early operation to ensures reliability and satisfactory of the first year operations including Warranty period management.
Manages operation's commissioning teams to implement the preservation approved methodologies of the unused equipment (Surface/Sub-surface) and the de-mothballing when ready for commissioning for successful conclusion of the project. Ensures equipment preservation is being carried out and documented.
Supervises the subordinate's daily activities to ensures their compliance to all relevant QHSSE management policies, procedures and controls as well as shareholders' guidelines in order to contribute in providing a safe, world class, secure and environmentally responsible workplace to employees and contractors.
Guides subordinates in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices while taking into account international leading practices and technologies in the Oil & Gas spectrum, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
Supervises the effective implementation of policies, systems and procedures all relevant procedural/ operational/ legislative/ shareholder requirements and guidelines are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum or Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or any other equivalent.
13 - 14 years of relevant work experience in the Oil & Gas industry with at least five years' experience in a managerial role.
Knowledge in relevant Oil & Gas practices/ compliance principles/ methodologies with proven theoretical and practical experience in managing operations and commissioning activities in oil and gas fields.

Coaching & assessing UAE nationals according to Company standards.
Capable of positively coordinating and communicating with different departments, contractors and parallel companies in order to provide adequate satisfied services to customers.
Acknowledge and implement an updated Company lifting safety procedure, in all services.

Minimum Requirements:

Holding a minimum academic of high level Diploma certificate in civil, construction or lifting industry or equivalent experience.
Must have CITB (advanced) (Construction Industry Training Board) Certificate or equivalent.
A minimum of 10 years experience in rigging, lifting and transporting in the oil and refining or petrochemical industry including at least 3 years supervisory experience or higher position.
Good written and spoken English. Ability to write technical reports with minimum guidance.
Good IT skills using technical lifting software.
Good capability of reading & understanding technical drawings and reports.

Covers  all aspects of the Waste Management Service which includes day to day Company rigs  waste skips requirement.
Deploys and monitors of the front line teams and involvement in developing initiatives to improve the quality of waste management services.
Handling returned contaminated  tubing from work over wells , ensure the pipe secured and packed as per Company corporate HSE and transfer to ARZANAH island or any other dedicated disposal area.
Follow up retuned Oil based mud cuttings and ensure the contractor will dispose the same to Beaat  or any other dedicated area.
Monitors  and maintains  HSE of  Company  rig’s Waste Management Systems and improves communications especially between Company Support Service team /  Jack-up / Island rigs/barge  teams / Mussafah Drilling Logistics Base.

Work Performed:

Executes, and supervises received waste skips from Company drilling  (Jack Up + Island Rigs/Barge)timely, efficiently and effectively.
Ensure that optimum levels of Waste/Garbage skips available at Drilling Logistics base always. If any shortages / further requirements communicate to Company Support Service Manager / Company / to obtain the same.
Coordinates with Drilling Jack-up / Island Rigs / Mussafah Base coordinators for their Daily requirements for Waste/Garbage Skips.
Communicates to Logistics Drilling Base for the mobilization of Waste/Garbage skips as per requirements and  track the Waste/Garbage skips until reached at Drilling rigs.
Ensure that Drilling Rigs have the Waste/Garbage Skips adequate quantity always and avoid shortages in Drilling Rigs. 
Takes effective communication with Drilling Rigs utilizing the Waste/Garbage skips and segregating the General / Food / Chemical / Hazardous / Radioactive wastes separately rigs itself and avoid the mixing of wastes in Rigs.
Ensure rigs are using the Certificate of Compliance/documentation like Chain of Custody for Hazardous wastes / Radioactive wastes as per Company waste management policy.
coordinates with Logistics Drilling Base / Company for speed up the cleaning process of  the Waste/Garbage skips on time without delay and Ensures that Company are returning the Waste/Garbage skips on time after cleaning.
Maintains and monitors all correspondences about Waste skips are accounted in the register/computer system and weekly to be circulated to Drilling Managements for movements of waste skips each rig wise.
Manages the development, implementation and operations of Waste Management policy whenever required.
Plans and utilizes of resources to ensure consistent service provision providing the supervision of waste management activities with the Jack up / Island rigs as per Company policy. 
Ensures that Radioactive wastages such recovered tubing are measured by rig and required documents. Ensure properly packed the tubing and sent to ARZANAH island or any other dedicated area.
Ensure the oil based mud cutting safely handled and disposed at BEAAT or any other dedicated area. 
Manages the standards of service in Waste management to meet the contractual, regional and company obligations. Ensures compliance with all Health, Safety and Environment legislation and company policies, promoting and ensuring Zero Harm Steer & advise onsite supervisors frequently for Waste management’s development activities. 
Responsible for compliance of operation & Company's Waste management regulations. 
Makes Recommendations on alternative methods in resolving deficiencies when unusual and unexpected and Ensure that company's obligations.
Ensures achievement of yields, Company goals  and Contribute to continuous improvement process through the provision of suggestions regarding new methodologies, implementation of Waste management policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum High National Diploma in scientific topic and 5 years in rigs waste management.
UAE Driving License is a must.
