Chief Administrator (English and Japanese Speaker)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Basic Function:
• Report writing (English and Japanese), translation work from English to Japanese or Japanese to English, official correspondence, English proof reading.
• All secretarial/Personnel work including English typing/filling, mail collection, distribution, minutes of meeting.
• Coordinate with other department, collect data from other department analysis the data and prepare brief for meetings etc.
Minimum Requirements:
• Higher Secondary School or Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years as Office Administrator with Administration/Personnel background.
• Good computer knowledge, self correspondence.
