Senior Process Safety Engineer
Location: Ruwais, UAE
Basic Function:
• Participate in the development and verify the implementation of the Corporate HSE Management System & associated procedures; pertaining to Process Safety, Risk Management and for providing professional advice on Technical’ issues pertaining to Process Safety and Risk Management through Manager-Technical Safety & Fire Department.
Minimum Requirements:
• Chemical / Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• 7 years’ experience in within oil & gas industry of which 2-3 years in Sr. Engineer position.
• Able to demonstrate professional skills in managing his activities within the HSE Framework.
• Strong skills in working through major organizational change.
• Strong writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Good skill in Process Safety & Risk Management issues/matters/concerns.
• Knowledgeable about HSEMS, HSES procedures and HSE Best Practices, BAT’s.
• Ability to prioritize according to business strategy.
• A true Team Player.
