Minimum Requirements:

BSc engineering degree, Computer certification will be added value.
Previous Operations Standards Engineer or equivalent experience.
10 years site experience in Operations position.
Good knowledge of international standards in his own field.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Computer literate in use of MS Word, Excel, Visio and CAD.
Proven communication with excellent interpersonal skills.
HSE, critical operations and auditing experience.
UAE Experience is an advantage otherwise any GCC region.
Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Basic Function:

Ensure smooth handling of cargo throughout Cargo Operations (Landside and Airside) by performing 
Multi-skilled role while utilising the resources provided effectively. Tasks required to perform cargo handling include, but are not limited to, documentation, customer service, acceptance, delivery, breakdown, build up, equipment operation and transport. 

Work Performed:

Direct and assist the team of Porters and Equipment Operators as required in cargo handling e.g., build-up and breakdown, acceptance and delivery, and documentation of cargo, courier and mail, in accordance with the requirements of the principals whilst complying with published performance standards. 
Ensure a high degree of customer service, attentiveness, speed, and control error rates, whilst maintaining consistency in service standards. 
Inspect, validate against relevant documentation and count goods at every point of delivery, acceptance, breakdown and build-up ensuring that goods conform to relevant criteria and that they are dispatched / stored in accordance with standard work procedures and requirements. 
Perform manual and automated data input. Ensure data updates into relevant cargo systems are done accurately, are verified and completed within time standards. 
Liaise with government authorities such as Customs, Municipality, Health or Police in an efficient and effective manner to ensure the smooth movement of all cargo, courier and mail. 
Ensure at all times that the handling of all special cargo (dangerous goods, live animals, valuable goods etc.) fully complies with the current edition of the IATA manuals and are loaded in accordance with the same. 
Ensure that safety and security procedures are complied with at all times while handling cargo. 
Perform the process of acceptance, delivery, build up and breakdown of cargo consignments. Operate equipment as required (such as tow tractors/pick up/ forklifts etc.) for movement of loads. Manually loading/unloading cargo from the ULDs / Aircraft /trucks as appropriate. 

Minimum Requirements:

Must have Secondary School education.
Must have minimum 3 years experience in cargo / logistic field.

Builds reports to audit, monitor, and validate data warehouse jobs. Maintains all production data warehouse integration projects; working with developers to replicate, troubleshoot workarounds, or resolve technical issues, escalating problems as necessary to Office management. 
Implements program standards, policies, and procedures to support the Airports Authority-wide metadata, data warehouse administration, and information program. 
Provides technical assistance and advice concerning data management and design to the application development and Enterprise Architecture project teams, the client community (Airports Authority end-users, business stakeholders), and Office staff. 
Develops the design and Data/ETL coding of Source Dependent Extracts (SDE), Source Independent Loads (SIL), and Post Load Processes from source to target systems for operational data stores and dimensional data warehouses using industry leading tools, such as INFORMATICA, preferably in a Platform as a Service (PAAS) setting and into an in-memory or Massively Parallel Processing (MPP) platform, such as Netezza, Redshift, or into a Structure Query Language (SQL) Server/Oracle Data Warehouse, using near real-time loads and Change Data Capture (CDC). 
Designs, develop, and implements the Airports Authority-wide metadata and information management program, such as the development of enterprise conceptual, logical and Physical data models including ORACLE BI APPS or NOETIX VIEWS/ANALYTICS. 
Provides data architecture support services to major application development initiatives within an agile environment. 
Creates and maintains documentation of the EDW technical landscape, including data movement, data aggregation, data quality, and data cleansing. Designs and implements relational, multidimensional, and tabular data models as required. Develops strategies and approaches that ensure the proper integration of data and information management.

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

An aircraft maintenance engineer (mechanical) maintains, services, inspects, tests and undertakes fault diagnosis of airframe, engine (including propellers and rotors) and electrical systems, components and accessories on aircraft. These include landing gears; wheels and brakes; skids; pneumatic and hydraulic systems; fuel systems; flight control systems; environmental control and pressurisation systems; fire detection and prevention systems; oxygen systems; containerised cargo handling systems; doors and windows; lighting systems; and ice and rain protection systems.

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Structures)

An aircraft maintenance engineer (structures) fabricates, maintains and repairs sheetmetal, bonded and non-metallic composite material, and components on pressurised and non-pressurised aircraft. They must be familiar with airframe, engine and electrical components. They carry out a wide variety of metal forming and joining processes using hand and power tools, and work with various fibre-reinforced plastic materials.

An aircraft mechanic (avionics) overhauls, repairs, modifies and tests a range of electrical, electronic, instrument and radio communications and navigation system components in a workshop environment, after they have been removed from the aircraft. They may also perform flight simulator maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

Completed an approved apprenticeship in aircraft maintenance from a recognised organisation (or equivalent).
ICAO Type II / EASA / GCAA Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License.
At least 5 years experience as a certifying engineer on commercial aircraft.
At least six months in the past two years certifying any of the commercial fleet types (including A330, A340, A380 and B777).

Personal Requirements:

Enjoy technical and engineering activities.
Medically fit, with good hearing and vision (colour blindness may make people unsuitable for some aircraft trades).
Good hand-eye coordination.
Able to concentrate for long periods.
Neat and accurate.

Aircraft Loading Supervisor

Aircraft Loading Supervisor

Basic Function:

As the Aircraft Loading Supervisor, you will be required to safely coordinate arrival and departure below wing activities of the aircraft, by leading and briefing loading teams on the handling requirements and ground support activities and ensure alignment with the SLA’s, standard operating procedures and highlight any potential handling constraints. 
Monitor the readiness of various ground services providers to ensure that all resources are available and that the equipment restricted area (ERA) is clear to receive inbound aircraft and deliver a safe on-time performance. 
Ensure that safety briefings are conducted regularly and that staff have the knowledge and confidence to work safely by providing support, direction and being a role model for the desired safety behaviors. 
Lead team of staff on the day of operations, undertaking all loading and equipment operation activities to safely handle all arrival & departure flights efficiently. 
Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. 
Implement day-to-day operations assigned and ensures compliance with the established standards and procedures. 
Undertake aircraft damage check in a timely manner to ensure that within 15 minutes of the actual time of arrival (ATA) the airline representatives, flight officer and safety are informed. 

Flight Arrival:

Collect the required information (Loading Distribution Message (LDM), CPM (Counter Pallet Message), Baggage irregularity tags and Personal Digital Assistant (PDA)) to communicate the information to relevant stakeholders 
Communicate the ATA of the aircraft to the Flight Officer confirming the aircraft type and the registration. 
Escalate any Ground Services Equipment (GSE) serviceability concerns to the Flight Officer on the shift 

Flight Departure:

Validate with key stakeholders the aircraft registration/ flight details (tallying of aircraft registration with loading instruction reporting form (LIRF)) 
Monitor the loading process to ensure that the assigned dead load is loaded and reconciled as per the LIRF 
Confirm the safe condition of any dangerous goods (DGR) prior to loading and signs the notification to captain (NOTOC) for handover to the operating Captain 
Utilise the Load Deviation Authorization form in case of any change in the load plan (within last minute change (LMC) limits) and provide it to the Load Control Officer 
Review and checks the boarding status and ensures reconciliation with the Customer Services Team Leader (CSTL) on the final figures and as per the Flight Manifest Summary Report (FMSR) for the bin cards and unit numbers 
Review the GX print received from the CSTL in case of off-loading and communicates with BHC for the location and details of the baggage to ensure offload of the baggage 
Reconcile all dead load is loaded as per the LIRF and receives confirmation of the boarding status from the CSTL on the final passenger figures 
Update the load sheet with any LMC (Below and Above Wing) to ensure that the boarding over slip from the CSTL matches the load sheet 
Update the Flight officer on time targets and any delays. Monitor the readiness of the pushback is there on-time 
Conduct visual bay sweep prior to door closure and requests logistics for collection of any offloaded dead load 

Minimum Requirements:

High School with a certificate OR Diploma in ground handling / aircraft handling. 
High School with a Certificate: 4-6 years of experience in ground handling / aircraft handling. 
Diploma Degree: 2-4 years of experience in ground handling / aircraft handling. 
UAE Driving license / Home Country Driving License.
Valid license for operating equipment (ADP) – Preferable. 
Fundamentals of Load Control.
Proficient understanding of Airline Requirements. 
Advanced understanding of the Turnaround Process.

Inform pilots about nearby planes as well as potentially hazardous conditions such as weather, speed and direction of wind, and visibility problems.
Organize flight plans and traffic management plans to prepare for planes about to enter assigned airspace.
Provide flight path changes or directions to emergency landing fields for pilots traveling in bad weather or in emergency situations.

Basic Function:

Control the activities of the fire-fighting team both on station and at the scene of fires or emergencies. Organize and participate in fire training and emergency drills, ensuring the maintenance, repair and testing  of all fire-fighting and emergency equipment and control and participate in job watch activities; and provide fire fighting coverage for airport.
Work Performed:

Prepare and implement detailed work programmes and schedules for assigned personnel at the fire station on Zirku and ensure specified objectives are achieved.
Ensure that employees are trained, organized and motivated in order to be able to effectively achieve service objectives.
Act as ‘first man’ at the scene of fires, explosions or other emergencies and take charge. Provide immediate appraisal of the situation, inform control room and initiate immediate action to control and extinguish fire, as necessary. Participate in the investigation of incidents and completion of associated reports. 
Organize and participate in regular and impromptu fire and emergency drills, and provide and participate in fire and emergency training for subordinates and personnel from other locations, on site-company and contractors’ personnel, and defense personnel.
Supervise and participate in the periodic maintenance, testing and repair of a wide range of fire-fighting, safety and emergency equipment, (including fire-tenders and accompanying trailers, fixed and portable-foam, dry powder and water-extinguishing systems, valves, hydrants and water distribution systems as well as adhered to and records are kept of all equipment and maintenance requirements.
Prepare requisitions for the replenishment of consumable, safety equipment and spare parts, and control the issue of safety and fire-fighting clothing and supplies, and ensure that correct records are kept of such stores. Evaluate new equipment.
Control and participate in job watch activities through ensuring the a company or contractors’ personnel  are fully aware of  requirements and assign fire technicians to stand by with fire fighting equipment during the duration of gas tests.
Control and allocate personnel for other standby duties such as during helicopter and aircraft landing and take off, military flights, loading and off loading of supply boats and dangerous crane operations, particularly where inflammable materials are involved.
Administration responsibilities for staff and equipment.
Assess and select appropriate fire equipment, set specifications.
Prepare annual fire & safety equipment budget and follow implementation.
Manage the Breathing equipment apparatus and Gas monitors.
Issue and follow up material purchase and store stocks.
Establish and enforce general maintenance planning for Fire & Safety equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

University Degree.
4 years experience in fire fighting and fire prevention in Petroleum Industry.
(Or / b) Completion of Secondary School.
Extensive fire fighting and fire preventive training with associated certification equivalent to 2 year’s full time.
6 years experience in fire fighting and fire prevention Petroleum Industry.
Valid UAE driving license, both heavy and light.

Assists Fireman in refilling of dry chemical powder extinguishers and breathing apparatus immediately as and when cylinders become empty.
Ensures availability of all valid documents including security passes pertaining to the Fire Truck.

Expert to understand and follow Company HSE policy & procedures.
Expert knowledge in industry standards related to scaffolding.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a live operating plant environment.
Excellent Knowledge in Permit to Work system in Oil field.
Very good IT skills.

Must have worked in the capacity of a scaffolding supervisor for a minimum period of 10 years.
Gulf experience is preferred and advantageous.
