Office Clerk (Transport Operations)

Office Clerk (Transport Operations) 
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Work Performed:
Make and arrange daily helicopter schedules for transportation of employees everyday.
Arrange boat schedule for personnel and cargo transportation and any other operation.
Prepare documents for payment, shipment of crude oil and any other necessary doc.
Prepare periodical report of actual record to keep economical arrangement.
Research of market for boat and so on.
The ability to prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks  and work under time constraints. 
Develop and maintain effective relationships with all relevant internal departments and external entities.
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management   procedures.
Performs all other job-related duties as assigned.  

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma Degree (Preferable Bachelor Degree).
Minimum 5 years experience with Diploma or 3 years with Degree.
Good communication/good working experience of Marine Transport Operations/SELC Correspondence. 
Good computer knowledge.
Good command of English language (speaking & writing), Arabic (read/speak) preferable.
Ability to work on week-ends, official holidays and to work overtime on working days when required.
