Competency Development Coordinator

Competency Development Coordinator 
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Basic Function:

In liaison with the Company Head Quarters, Refinery and the Training & Career Development department, coordinate all the competency programs activities for all site trainees in order to improve the competence and effectiveness of all of the organisation's human resources and support the achievement of Company’s business objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
5-7 years experience in the oil & gas industry with at least 2 years in the competency based training activities.
In-depth knowledge of the Company operations.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Counselling and mentoring skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic language both written and spoken.
Computer proficiency.
