Mechanical Job Instructor
Location: Ruwais, UAE
Basic Function:
• To develop and conduct operational / technical on the job training activities at Buhasa Plant (in line with the employees' personal development plans) in order to improve the competence and effectiveness of all of the Plant's human resources and support the achievement of Emiratization target.
Minimum Requirements:
• Experienced in the gulf region preferred Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanical engineer and at least 3 years experience in employee training and development.
• Excellent communication skills Team player Well organized.
