Job Performance Profile (JPP) Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Basic Function:
• In liaison with the Company HQ, Refinery and the Training & Career Development Department, coordinates all the Job Performance Profile (JPP) programs and implementation activities for all site personnel in order to improve the competence and effectiveness of all of the organisation's human resources and support the achievement of Company’s business objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 7 years’ training experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry with at least 2 years in the competency based training activities.
• In-depth knowledge of the Company operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Counselling and mentoring skills.
• Fluent in English language written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Arabic language is preferable.
• Computer proficiency.
