Competency Development Specialist
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Basic Function:
• Assist the Head of section and act as an advisor/consultant for the design, implementation and maintenance of competency based development programmes for Company in line with business requirements and global best practices to facilitate skill enhancement of the workforce and support the development of a performance driven culture in the organisation.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a qualification in HR development or equivalent.
• 8-10 years experience in the oil & gas industry with at least 5 years in the competency based training activities.
• In-depth knowledge of the Company operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Counselling and mentoring skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic language both written and spoken.
• Good project management skills.
