Professional Career Ladder Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Basic Function:
• Provides administrative support to the Professional Career Ladder staff in the implementation of professional career ladder plans/objectives, including preparation of Professional Career Ladder programs, implementation Guidelines and related various reports, scheduling of employee on-job-training, development of computerized and manual recordkeeping systems and preparation of correspondence on all Professional Career Ladder etc.
Minimum Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary (12 years) schooling followed by 2 Years Diploma in a related field.
• 5 years’ experience related to training and career development functions, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Good knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office packages.
