Fire Team Leader
Location: Ruwais, UAE
Basic Function:
• Performs the administrative duties of Fire Section Shift Supervisor in the latter’s absence. As a first-line supervisory position, carries out dynamic risk assessment of the situation before conducting firefighting and rescue, responds to emergency calls to protect life and property, fights fires, provides medical assistance and performs rescue operations. Performs fire protection equipment testing and maintenance to keep them healthy for operation.
Minimum Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary education (12 years) followed by 2 years Diploma in Fire Science or equivalent.
• 6 years’ experience in in fire fighting work in a similar industry of which at least 2 years as a Team Leader.
• Valid UAE Driving license is a must.
• Good English oral and written.
• Knowledge of Arabic is preferable.
• Computer literate.
