Recreation Attendant (Male)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
The Recreation Attendant assigned to Company Amenities will be male and shall perform the following duties:
• Receives visitors at the Reception desks.
• Coordinates with Company employees and their dependents to ensure their comfort while using the various facilities at the Amenities.
• Ensures that all visitors are holding the necessary entry permission.
• Maintains a timetable schedule for various functions.
• Answers visitor’s inquiries relating to Company’s sports activities.
• Controls children’s behaviour and ensures that they do not misuse or damage the equipment and related facilities in the Amenities.
• Coordinates various activities with Amenities Assistant and Clubs Chairpersons.
• Coordinates reservation of Amenities Main Hall for various management functions.
• Keeps track of all equipment, electric fittings and air conditioning system at the Amenities.
• Coordinates with Catering Section for all arrangements for various functions at the Amenities.
• Performs other related duties as required.
