SN.	Position	Requirements
1	Derrickman	Minimum 5 years experience in offshore drilling / must possess a valid IWCF certificate
2	Roughneck	Minimum 5 years experience in offshore drilling
3	Motorman	Minimum 5 years experience in offshore drilling
4	Assistant Mechanic	Minimum 5 years experience in offshore drilling
5	Assistant Electrician	Minimum 5 years experience in offshore drilling
6	Rig Welder	Minimum 5 years experience in offshore drilling / must have valid WQC as per AWS D.1.1 standard
7	Rig Crane Operator	Minimum 5 years experience in offshore drilling / must be Sparrow Stage 3 Certified
8	Roustabout	Minimum 5 years experience in offshore drilling
