Master Training Instructor
Location: Ruwais, UAE
Basic Function:
• Leads the Technical Training Instructor team in implementing training programmes to meet specific learning objectives, based on the results of needs analysis.
Minimum Requirements:
• B.A Degree in relevant field of Engineering.
• 10 years work experience within Refinery at least 6 years of which should have been in a training position in his discipline.
• Experience in preparing training materials and familiarity with Competency Based programmes.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Computer literacy.
• High level of professionalism and personal presentation.
• Able to understand and adapt to cultural sensitivities.
