Project Consultant (Process)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Basic Function:
The Engineer - Process (AUH) shall assist in managing and coordinating all operations related to production and utilities system (excluding down-hole operations) in a safe, efficient and economical manner, ensuring uninterrupted operations and sustainable high productivity standards. The Process Engineer shall prepare bidding documents, evaluate bids, carryout clarifications, conduct meetings, review Process designs, Engineering drawings, supervise the installation and commissioning activities related to the Process Engineering works (but not limited to) of future and ongoing projects, by providing cost effective, timely and efficient support, while ensuring the safety and in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
• A degree in Chemical Engineering.
• At least 15-20 years experience in major oil/gas projects in a similar position.
• Good knowledge/experience on local and international legislation related to Fire prevention and protection, including NFPA, BS, Shell, API, JIS Standards.
• Must have executed major refinery projects as the Lead Process Engineer for FEED and detailed Engineering with an Engineering Contractor/CONTRACTOR organisation.
• Experience of EPC company organization(not only Engineering company).
• Experience of Project Management Consultancy organization.
• Knowledge of process simulator.
• Knowledge of ADNOC CoP.
